It cannot buy them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"national-regulations-that-sit-under-the-furniture-line\">National Regulations That Sit Under the Furniture Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acecqa.gov.au\/nqf\/national-law-regulations\/national-regulations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Education and Care Services National Regulations<\/a> are the legal layer. Quality Area 3 is the quality layer. Buyers mix them up and then order the wrong thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s103.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 103<\/a> \u2014 premises, furniture and equipment safe, clean and in good repair. That is 3.1.2 in legal clothes.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s105.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 105<\/a> \u2014 sufficient furniture, materials and developmentally appropriate equipment for each child being educated and cared for. That is 3.2.2 with a regulation number.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s107.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 107<\/a> \u2014 at least 3.25 m\u00b2 unencumbered indoor space per child. Areas permanently set aside for storage or sleep are out. Moveable children\u2019s tables usually stay in.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s108.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 108<\/a> \u2014 at least 7 m\u00b2 unencumbered outdoor space per child at a centre-based service. Loose-parts stores and fixed sheds are not play floor.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s113.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 113<\/a> \u2014 outdoor space that lets children explore and experience the natural environment. A plastic playhouse row is not a substitute.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/classic.austlii.edu.au\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_reg\/eacsnr475\/s115.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 115<\/a> \u2014 premises designed to facilitate supervision.
