Place counts must survive clear-floor maths after furniture is placed. A drawing that shows 14 toddlers in a room that only nets 10 will stall a PEP as fast as a missing quote.

Fixtures versus movable
Fixed storage, changing, sleep furniture and UDG items often sit in the capital conversation. Loose parts, toys and consumables usually stay on an operator-funded column. We split the quote so the PEP is not carrying a toy shop.

What usually delays an Irish furniture grant file
Lump-sum quotes
One number for “classroom furniture” cannot be checked against a room or an eligible-cost heading.
Drawings that do not match
The PEP place count, the Tusla-conscious net area and the furniture list have to describe the same Irish room.
Toys inside capital
Recent purchasing and construction notes have treated movable furniture, toys and consumables as outside typical capital eligibility. Split them before the file goes in.
Windows, match-funding and Core Funding rules change by round. Do not treat a closed 2025 date as a live opening. Check the current Pobal / DCDE communique.

A floor plan (PDF or a dimensioned photo), the age mix, how many extra full-time 1–3 places you are creating, and whether the garden is in scope. We return an Ireland delivery quote with capital-candidate fixtures and operator-funded movable items in separate columns.

Will tables and chairs automatically qualify for Building Blocks?
Not automatically. Current rounds often fund fixtures and fit-out that create extra 1–3 full-time places. Movable items may sit outside capital. We split the list; the scheme rules decide eligibility.
Why do you keep mentioning 1–3 year olds?
That is the undersupplied full-time cohort recent Irish capital rounds have prioritised. Other ages can sit on the same project once the minimum 1–3 increment is met — check the current table.
Is this only for Core Funding partner services?
Recent extension rounds have been. Treat that as a live rule, not a permanent one, and confirm on the Pobal page before you plan the file.
How is this different from the Tusla page?
Tusla is the inspection room. This page is the capital evidence pack. Irish extensions usually need both.
